Any citizen of Sri Lanka.
How to apply
- Submit the RTI request form to the Information Officer.
- An acknowledgement is issued with a reference number.
- The information is released, or the reason for refusal given, within the statutory period.
- An appeal lies to the Designated Officer, and thereafter to the RTI Commission.

- Proof of citizenship where requested
